The Source
A Redlands hidden oasis. Ten acres of privacy, water, and craftsmanship on the Redland Country Club.
Ten acres. One gate. Past it, a paved drive under royal palms, and complete privacy — a half hour from Coral Gables. What the owners built here — some 16,000 square feet of it, on the edge of the Redland Country Club — was never meant to be flipped. The materials were chosen one by one and shipped in from around the world, and a century from now the place will still be standing exactly as intended.
A rare legacy property unlike anything else in South Florida.
The Redland is Miami-Dade's agricultural district — a protected belt of nurseries, groves and equestrian land at the southern edge of the county. Acreage of this size does not come to market inside Miami. Here it sits twenty-five minutes from Coral Gables and under an hour from Miami International, with the Redland Country Club at the property line.

The lagoon at last light
You can swim in it. That is the part nobody expects — the lagoon is spring-clear, deep, and fed by waterfalls dropping eight to ten feet over coral rock. There is a white sand beach on the near bank, a cabana island in the middle of the water, and behind the palms five producing acres of coconut grove that may qualify for an agricultural exemption. Other estates have a pool. This one has a shoreline.
Swimmable, spring-clear water framed by dramatic 8-10 ft waterfalls.
A private shoreline at the lagoon's edge, set within tropical landscaping.
A producing 5-acre grove that may qualify for agricultural exemption benefits.
Distant views across the Redland Country Club from a fully gated compound.
Two-story stair hall
Inside, exceptional craftsmanship and globally sourced materials define the residence, including walnut plank flooring, San Pedro mahogany, Jerusalem travertine, Bolivian stone, custom murals, marble, quartz, and designer finishes throughout.
A Crestron and LiteTouch smart home system controls lighting, climate, security, cameras, music, landscape lighting, and gates. Advanced UV, charcoal, and reverse osmosis water filtration system included.
